How To Get Your Order Started

Getting Started

After your free quotation, please either call the office on 9720 0300 or send an email to info@lifeblinds.com.au where we will be able to take your deposit and send along your job details to the manufacturer. After speaking with the manufacturer we will call you to provide you with an estimated time of completion for your job.

 

Payment Details

We do require a deposit to commence the manufacturing process. The final outstanding amount is due prior to installation.

 

Installation

Please ensure that your installer has access to all areas where window furnishings are being installed prior to your appointment time.

 

Why do we need to pay in full before our installation?

There are a few reasons we do this:

1. We are a retail service that provides installation as part of that service, due to it’s technicality. Therefore like any other retail businesses (i.e Kmart) you must pay for the product prior to using that product.

2. We have a warranty. Our 5 year warranty provides both Life Blinds and our clients with legal protection. By paying a deposit on your order, you are bound by our Terms and Conditions (as stated on the back of the quote sheet). This means that by you following your part of the promise to pay in full prior to install, legally Life Blinds must then honour our warranty and action any issues that have occurred with your order.

Update regarding Covid - 19 Situation

We wanted to update our customers on how the COVID-19 situation is effecting us here at Life Blinds. Although we are no longer coming to homes to provide measure and quotes, we are still very much open and are sending out very easy step-by-step measurement guides so you're able to send the measurements you need so we can quote and we are simply providing you with the materials you need with an installation guide to install your new blinds, this will be a more affordable option for you as we won't be charging for installs. We have confirmed with our suppliers that we are able to fulfill all deliveries without interruption.


A lot of people are staying in-doors during this time and as the need for both outdoor window furnishing products is especially high, we want you to know that you can feel comfortable asking for product delivery our products are being sanitised to standards before being sent out.
